Miss Transgender Vietnam 2023, also known as Miss International Queen Vietnam 2023 - Ambassador Hoan My 2023 is the third Miss International Queen Vietnam contest organized by Miss Nguyen Huong Giang in collaboration with Huong Giang Entertainment company.
